Auditors

At the Annual General Meeting on 25 April 2023, the registered certified accounting firm Deloitte AB (“Deloitte”) was appointed as the company’s auditor for the period until the 2024 Annual General Meeting. The Meeting also resolved that the fees to the auditors should be paid in accordance with approved invoices pursuant to customary billing standards.

The auditors participate in the Audit Committee’s meetings and report to the Board as needed, but at least once per year.
