Repurchase of shares in Synsam AB (publ)

The share buy-backs are a part of the share buy-back program announced by Synsam on 19 November 2024 for acquisitions of own shares for the period 22 November 2024 until the date of the 2025 annual general meeting, and the buy-back program announced by Synsam on 21 August 2025 for acquisitions of own shares for the period 25 August 2025 until 27 February 2026. The share buy-back programs are being carried out in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 (“MAR”) and the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052 (the “Safe Harbour Regulation”). The purpose of the share buy-back program is to adjust Synsam’s capital structure by reducing its share capital.

Repurchase of shares in Synsam AB (publ)

The share buy-back program, announced by Synsam on 19 November 2024, aimed to secure delivery of shares to participants in Synsam’s long-term incentive program LTIP 2024. Not more than 1,175,000 own shares may be acquired in total. Acquisitions of own shares shall be made over Nasdaq Stockholm and in accordance with Nasdaq Stockholm’s rulebook for issuers (Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares).

Repurchase of shares in Synsam AB (publ)

The share buy-back program, announced by Synsam on 17 November 2023, aimed to secure delivery of shares to participants in the Company’s long-term incentive program LTIP 2023. Not more than 1,455,000 own shares may be acquired in total. Acquisitions of own shares shall be made over Nasdaq Stockholm and in accordance with Nasdaq Stockholm’s rulebook for issuers (Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares).

Not more than 945,000 own shares may be acquired in total. Acquisitions of own shares shall be made over Nasdaq Stockholm and in accordance with Nasdaq Stockholm’s rulebook for issuers (Nordic Main Market Rulebook for Issuers of Shares).
