The Group maintains a high rate of innovation to meet the customer needs of today and tomorrow. In Sweden, the innovative new brand Ai Eyewear was launched in 2018. Ai is an entirely new concept in Synsam Group that challenges the idea of what a modern optician is and what a modern spectacles brand should be.

At Ai, our opticians and stylists help customers customize their spectacles for an entirely individualized optical retail experience. We offer ten models, ten colours of frames and ten colours of lenses for a total of 1,000 different combinations.
